Our organization is growing and we are currently in the process of building our SAP Payroll Team based in Bangalore, India primarily to support our clients in North America. . Must ensure high quality and on-time delivery of project requirements based on established scope Maintain a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate Able to prioritize and meet tight deadlines in a high visibility environment while identifying and scoping new opportunities. Should be able to understand the functional requirements from the client and appropriately convert them into Design documents. Should be able to assist the team with his/her technical skills whenever an issue is encountered. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with various cross-functional IT and business teams.


Graduate in any Discipline

Education and Experience

At least 3 years of Experience in SAP Payroll Experience in the US or Canadian Payroll a plus Exposure to Employee Central Payroll Must have at least two or more SAP Payroll End to end implementation from planning to configuration through go-live. Interaction with the client across multiple countries to gather business requirements and recommend feasible and effective solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in Payroll Testing and Data Conversion Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Visio skills.
