2–5 years experience of working with Litmos
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong command of Microsoft Office including Excel, SharePoint, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience in facilitating webinars

Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer’s current process and future state needs
Configure application or mentor client to configure application to meet their needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes
Manage the relationship with the customer and be the point of contact for the customer during the implementation process
Work interactively with business process owners and technical teams to understand issues and pain points
Provide functional guidance and knowledge in architecting a best practice solution to fit business needs
Master and maintain detailed knowledge of SAP Litmos’ configuration options, integration points, and best practices
Collaborate with other principal consultants to ensure the customer obtains consistent, holistic implementation experience
Support training and production cutover
Provide knowledge transfer and support post production support readiness
Ability to work in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with minimal supervision
Ability to multi-task and be a team player who works collaboratively and effectively with others
Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills
Hands on design/ configuration and functional experience in SAP Litmos with a strong understanding of the underlying technologies
Experience with API Litmos Integrations an asset
Experience with Litmos e-commerce integrations an asset
Knowledge of XML, HTML, CSS a bonus
Exceptional consultative skills with customers, using best practices and past experience
Experience with post-implementation support
Bachelor’s degree required in business, human resources, or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint software
Implementation of 2 SAP Litmos projects
