James graduated from University of Waterloo with a degree in Applied Psychology (really, they don’t just produce Engineers and Computer Scientists there 😉 and spent the next 20 years focused on designing, managing and delivering recruitment services as a recruitment manager with Canadian Tire, University Health Network (during the first SARS outbreak) Compass Group and Rogers. For the last 10 years James has provided enterprise scale thinking and “industrial strength” recruitment services to high growth technology and manufacturing organizations. Based on his deliberately diverse experience recruiting across sectors and levels James applies a principle driven approach guided by the Golden Ratio framework and informed by the science of the Predictive Index and Cognitive Index to help companies improve their focus, reduce unnecessary time spent in hiring and shorten the cycle time.
